GUWAHATI, Dec 2: The East,North and West regoinal units of the Nikhil Bshnupriya Manipuri Mahasabha(NBMM) extended financial assistance to some of the next of kin of the october 30th serial blasts in Assam. NBMM unit president from Mumbai Rebati Mohan Sinha and his wife Ranju Sinha visited the Hengrabari area of Guwahati on Sunday last and paid Rs. 1000/-each to the next of kin ofBiren Teron, Sunanda Kalita and Mani Barman of Hegrabari, and handed over Rs.7000/-to Karbi Yuba Sangha of the area so as to disburse to the families of blast victims.Talking to this reporter, Sinha said, Bishnupriya Manipuris of Mumbai,Pune,Delhi,Kolkata,Ahmedabad and Bangalore got the news of the October 30 serial bomb blast in Assam on that very day at 12.35 pm, when the people of the community were observing the birth anniversary of Sri Sri Bhubaneshwar Sadhu Thakur at Pune.
