  2. BMDC does'nt have any rule book to follow ie it doe'nt have the MOU or any constitution to run it, for which Kartik Sena Sinha Ex. MLA utters such words "10 lakhs for Ex.Service man, 5 lakhs each for Guwahati Maltheps etc".How has he been nominated as adviser to Ex. Service men Association. There are very senior Army Officers living in Guwahati, one of them could have been approached to head the Association or as an adviser. All Ex. servicemen drawing very good pension compare to most of the BM families earning. It is not understood how a Ex. BMDC chairman could annouce such a big amount in public? This is for nothing but gaining cheap popularity.
