Border Roads Organisation (BRO) invites Indian Nationals (Male) for filling up the following posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) in General Reserve Engineer Force under special recruitment drive for ST/SC/OBC:


  • Junior Engineer (Civil) : 603 posts (SC-14, ST-63, OBC-526), Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800 grade pay Rs.4200/-, Age : 18-27 years, relaxation in age as per rules., Qualification : 3 years Diploma or Licentiateship in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recoginsed Institution or diploma in Civil Engineering from College of Military Engineering.


Centre for Test:

(i) Candidates residing in the states of Uttrakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi & Jammu & Kashmir will mention their Trade Test centre as Rishikesh zone.

(ii) Candidates residing in the states of West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, Sikkim, Assam and all other states of North- East region i.e. Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland , Arunachal Pradesh & Tripura will mention their Trade Test centre as Tezpur zone.

(iii) Candidates residing in all other states i.e Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa, Gujrat, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andaman Nicobar Islands, Pondichery which are not mentioned in above zone ie Rishikesh zone and Tezpur zone will mention their Trade Test centre as Pune zone.
