Dear Members,

As per decision of the last meeting of the Central Executive meeting of the Mahasabha held Silchar. The Central General Assembly of the Nikhil Bishnupriya Manipuri Mahasabha will be held on 22nd & 23rd November 2008 at Khanu Srimandop Jaffirbond, Hailakandi District of Assam.

So all the Executive Members of the Mahasabha, Sahitya Parishad, Sanskriti Parishad and Sri Sri Radhamadhav Sevapuja Committee are cordially requested to attend the same to discussion in the following agenda.

1. Offering tribute to the Sahid Vedi.
2. Confirmation of last proceeding of the Executive meeting of the Mahasabha .
3. Reporting of the activities of the Mahasabha, and departmental committees .
4. Selection of Venue, date of holding of ensuing 43rd General Adhivasion Mahasabha.

By Ranita Sinha, Kolkata Sri Sri Bhubaneshwar Thakur, the great saint of the Bishnupriya Manipuri Community was born on 26th October, 1871, in a remote village of Cachar district called Baropua in the state of Assam. The search engine has been launched to get results exclusively on queries and information related to Assam. 'Bisarok', means 'to search' in Assamese language, has been launched and has been linked to various websites of the Government of Assam and departments, educational institutions and media.
