Mor Hopon audio album released

Mor Hopon, a Bishnupriya Manipuri Modern Song audio album produced by S.S.Production, was released on February 21, 2010 at Hengrabari, Guwahati.

The CD was released by Biresh Ranjan Sinha, Working President of Nikhil Bishnupriya Manipuri Sahitya Parishad(Central Committee).

Krishna Kumar Sinha and Leelawati Deka Baruah are producers of the album, lyrics and song is composed by Krishna Kr. Sinha and music arranged by Munidra Baishya.

Shyam Kumar Sinha, Panchona Sinha and Suchitra Sinha are the singers who gave their voice in the album. The CD is recorded at Raj Studio, Guwahati, Zoo Road Tiniali.

B Manipuri audio CD released

GUWAHATI, Feb 21: Noted litterateur Biresh Ranjan Sinha released an audio CD of Bishnupriya Manipuri songs at a function that was presided over by Raj Kumar Sinha and attended, among others, by Doordarshan script writer Sukhendra Sinha and writer Pratibha Sinha as special guests at City Public School, Hengrabari here today. The audio CD — Mor Hopon — in which noted singers Shyam Kumar, Sichitra, Panchana and Rumi performed, is the first of its kind from SS Production. All the songs were composed by Krishna Kumar Sinha.
