Dr Debendra Kumar Sinha, President of the Nikhil Bishnupriya Manipuri Mahasabha (NBMM) has been included as one of the members of the Assam Linguistic Minorities Development Board under Welfare of Minority and Development Department, an official notification stated.
The other two members are Prof Gour Babu Singh, Principal Nehru College, Cachar, and Swapan Kar, Noagaon.
