Mrs. Kumkum Sinha appointed Commissioner (NE Region) of the BSG

Mrs. Kumkum Sinha, Deputy Director, Assam Elementary Education is appointed as National Head Qtrs Commissioner (North East Region) of the Bharat Scouts and Guides. She is the first lady of Assam who is able to reach to this position. Her copy of warrant of appointment is attached herewith.

  5. congratulations to u kumkum-di.friends have you read her mom's travelogue ('mor bilayet braman' by smt sukhajyoti sinha) ? with all due respect to her mom i must say that kumkum-di has better craftmanship over words and has better sense of wits. when it is the matter of words craftmanship, i find some similarities of her writing with that of nabanita devsen.
