Delhi Bishnupriya Manipuris to celebrate Bhubaneswar Sadhu Thakur’s birth anniversary at Shiv Mandir Sanatan Dharam Sabha, Andrews Ganj



The 140th birth anniversary of Shri Shri Bhubaneswar Sadhu Thakur is going to be held at Shree Shiv Mandir Sanatan Dharam Sabha, August Kranti Marg, Andrews Ganj, New Delhi, on October 25, 2009 (Sunday).


Shri Kabindra Purkayastha, MP, Silchar, is the Chief Guest of the event. Author and poet Jogendra Sinha is going to give a brief speech on the life of Shri Shri Bhubaneswar Sadhu Thakur.

On the occasion, a cultural programme is going to be presented.

Bishnupriya Manipuri Nagarik Samiti (Delhi & NCR) has invited Bishnupriya Manipuri people residing in Delhi and NCR to participate in the celebration. The programme will begin at 9.30 AM and will continue till 5.00 PM.

    A correction is very much necessary in the first line of first paragraph.
    It may be read as either '140th birth day' or '139th birth anniversary'
