  1. Recent years, specially this year, we have been hearing the birth anniversary of Gokulananda Geetiswami, the social reformer been celebrated in various quarters. It is a very good sign of social awareness in our community.

It is not understood, how come an organisation like Kalakristi Kendra of Bagarangan, could celebrate the anniversary of a great Social Reformer of the community only as a mere poet, as mentioned in news item?

Looking at the names of digni-
taries present there, it could be felt that hardly any social activists other than the people connected with the literacy were present there and it is very much evident from the news item that the dignitaries' designations(society's) were purposely withheld and only one designation was prominently exhibited because it is connected with the literacy.
