Bishnupriya Manipuri Teachers’ body lauds Govt initiative

GUWAHATI, June 4 – The Bishnupriya Manipuri Language Teachers’ Association while thanking the State Government for backing their cause, has at the same time warned a section that has been working covertly to ruin their objectives to maintain a safe distance or face the consequences, a press release stated. Having convened an emergent meet at Patherkandi in Karimganj district recently, the Association urged the so-called miscreants to refrain from defeating the just cause of the teachers’ body.

Further, the Association has urged well-wishers not to be misled by false propaganda generated by the rival group.

    I couldn`t understand why were they
    thanking Govt and what was their cause for which Govt was backing. At the same time whom they were warning then? What I strongly feel is that it was a false allegation to gain cheap popularity.
    This news piece didn`t carry any meaningful message for the masses.
